Our ‘Fully Flexible Scheme’ is designed for businesses who would like a different approach to outsourced development.
We recognise that development can be vital when it comes to retaining employees – improved skills can lead to a more motivated and productive workforce.
But for small and medium-sized businesses, providing high-quality, cost-effective training and development can be difficult due to the pressures of time and money. By building a relationship with you and understanding your needs our ‘Fully Flexible Scheme’ offers just that – development whenever, and with whomever, you need it.
How does it work?
- You choose the number of days that you would like us to work with you over a 12 month period.
- You then use your days to mix ‘n’ match development in whatever way you wish, for example:
Development Workshops, Insights Discovery Sessions, Individual Performance Coaching,
‘Full-On Performance Boost’ Bite-Sized Sessions, Team Effectiveness Events, Facilitating Meetings…. - Or, we can complete interim or project work for you such as:
Producing In-House Induction or Development Materials.
