Emotional Intelligence & Resilience Training Workshops
Emotional Intelligence is how somebody manages their personality to be both personally and interpersonally effective.
Within our development workshops we use the Emotional Intelligence Profile (EIP3) a product designed by JCA Global which is a scientifically validated and industry recognised self-assessment measure of Emotional Intelligence that has been proven to help improve performance.
Our Emotional Intelligence Workshops provide individuals and teams with a developmental route map to unlock potential and translate it into effective performance. By identifying the underlying attitudes that underpin an individual’s thinking and feeling we are able to help people make sustainable behaviour change.

Building Personal Resilience
Resilience can be defined as the ability to recover from negative life experiences and become stronger while overcoming them.
Our ‘Building Resilience’ workshop gives delegates the opportunity to identify personal resilience strengths and development areas, using the latest experiential exercises. It is designed for those who wish to explore the benefit of managing their resilience effectively.
This interactive workshop provides an understanding of the theory and application of building resilience in the workplace and at home. Focused on JCA Global’s Thrive Cycle of Resilience Model and Resilience report, participants will be coached to develop an action plan and toolkit for increasing and building their own resilience.
Resources and materials will be practical to enable participants to transfer learning back into their organisations and the workplace.
