Leadership Climate Indicator: 360 Degree Training

leadership climate indicator360-degree feedback enables individuals to obtain views and evaluations on their performance from a range of different people who observe their behaviour. This may include their line manager, direct reports, colleagues, customers, stakeholders and peers.

 This can be a powerful tool to assist with a leader’s development. Receiving meaningful feedback from other people is one of the most effective methods for enabling personal development and behavioural change.

 We use the Leadership Climate Indicator 360 (LCI 360) as part of a leader’s development. This is a tool offered by JCA Global and is a 360-degree feedback version of the Leadership Climate Indicator survey.  It enables leaders to collect feedback from people they work with to understand the leadership climate they create.  Unique in the market, it enables leaders to answer the question, “how does it feel to be led by me?”.

Leadership climate refers to the emotional tone set, or climate created by leaders within the work environment.

 Emotionally intelligent leaders create more productive environments with healthy, engaged and motivated staff. 

The Leadership Climate Indicator (LCI) helps you benchmark and compare the climate being set within teams or functions. The LCI provides rich strategic insights that enable you to target and track development interventions.
